Restrictions:

Restricted to specialist use for the treatment of the following indications where an Interstitial Lung Disease Multidisciplinary Team has agreed it is appropriate:

  • Idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)
  • Chronic fibrosing interstitial lung disease (ILDs) with a progressive phenotype other than idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis (IPF)

Restricted to specialist use only in patients with a predicted forced vital capacity (FVC) less than or equal to 80% where an Interstitial Lung Disease Multidisciplinary Team has agreed it is appropriate.
