  • As first-line multi-vitamin preparation only for patients with Cystic Fibrosis related liver disease who require vitamin K supplementation 
  • As a second-line multi-vitamin treatment option only for patients with Cystic Fibrosis who cannot tolerate standard multi-vitamin regimens.

Restrictions:

Restricted to specialist initiation in Cystic Fibrosis patients otherwise eligible for Paravit-CF capsules who require reduced vitamin A and vitamin E supplementation while on highly effective modulator therapy (HEMT) treatment as indicated by measured vitamin levels.

Eligibility criteria for Paravit-CF are:

  • As first-line multi-vitamin preparation only for patients with Cystic Fibrosis related liver disease who require vitamin K supplementation 
  • As a second-line multi-vitamin treatment option only for patients with Cystic Fibrosis who cannot tolerate standard multi-vitamin regimens.
