Restrictions:

Restricted to use in accordance with clinical guidelines in combination with omeprazole, for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori and prevention of relapse of peptic ulcers in patients with active or a history of Helicobacter pylori associated ulcers.

Prescribing Notes:

For use in patients with Helicobacter pylori who have:
- penicillin allergy and contra-indication to macrolides
or
- treatment resistant Helicobacter pylori (with specialist advice).
