Restrictions:
Restricted to specialist use as an add-on therapy with intranasal corticosteroids for the treatment of adults with severe chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps for whom therapy with systemic corticosteroids and/or surgery do not provide adequate disease control, and who have had one or more prior surgery for chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and have a SNOT-22 score of 50 or higher.
