Formulary Update - West of Scotland Formulary (June '26)
From April 2026, the NHSGGC Adult Medicines Formulary began transitioning to become part of the West of Scotland Formulary (WoSF).
As part of this phased approach, the next two updated chapters—Cardiovascular and Skin—have now been published.
The summary documents below outline the key changes in these chapters up to this point, including:
