New additional Formulary Update - Nov 2020
Starting from November 2020, the NHSGGC Formulary Update publication will be published monthly, rather than every two months.
NHSGGC Area Drug and Therapeutics Committee (ADTC) decisions relating to Scottish Medicines Consortium (SMC) assessments will continue to be published every two months. However, in the months where there are no scheduled ADTC meetings, Formulary Update will concentrate on changes to the NHSGGC Adult Medicines Formulary based on other factors, for example, formulary appeals, new drug assessments, withdrawal of market authorisations and changes in locally preferred brands of medicines.
